Pool Field House
The existing pool located at the Lake Oswego campus will be decommissioned and renovated into a large multipurpose space. With minor cosmetic improvements, such as paint and siding repairs, the facility will also receive a gymnasium floor and basketball goals. The project will also include some lighting replacement and plumbing fixture replacement.

October 2025 Status Summary:
- Exterior siding installation & paint prep complete
- The mechanical system has been modified and is working again
- Interior wall repairs have been approved and are ongoing
- Ardex flooring leveling is installed
- Wood panel flooring has been delivered to the site to climatize
Project Manager’s Notes:
- Lake Oswego Fire Marshall is requiring a fire alarm system to be installed. Design is being submitted to the City of Lake Oswego for deferred submittal review. Steele Electric is installing raceways for the fire alarm system
September 2025 Status Summary:
- Rotting exterior siding removal & paint preparation has begun
- First Cascade and its subcontractor have provided a cost for additional siding replacement. Cost is under review by the District
- A concrete slab was poured on September 5; 85 cubic yards of concrete
- Lighting throughout is being installed
- Mechanical ductwork is being raised to provide more open space
- New plumbing fixtures have been installed

August 2025 Status Summary:
- Demolition of pool perimeter coping is complete
- Geofoam has been installed, which includes approximately 100 cubic yards of various geofoam shapes
- Approximately 950 cubic yards of gravel have been installed, compacted, and tested by Carlson Geotechnical
- Rebar has been delivered to the site and is being installed to reinforce the concrete slab
- Concrete slab is scheduled for September 5

July 2025 Status Summary:
- First Cascade has completed exterior paint prep and lead paint removal
- First Cascade and the District have identified siding boards that need to be replaced
- First Cascade and its subcontractor have provided a cost for additional siding replacement. Cost has been approved
- Demolition of pool perimeter coping is in progress
- A temporary door at the windows adjacent to the entry is installed, and pool fill materials are stockpiled
