LOHS Roof Replacement

During the summer of 2026, the first phase of the roof replacement project at Lake Oswego High School is scheduled to begin.

The scope of work includes two phases, scheduled for the summers of 2026 and 2027, that will result in the complete removal and replacement of the school's roof.

May 2025 Status Summary

  • ITB release scheduled for September 2025
  • Bid due date scheduled for October 30, 2025
  • Project Phase 1 construction is planned for summer 2026
  • Project Phase 2 construction is planned for summer 2027
