LOHS Roof Replacement
During the summer of 2026, the first phase of the roof replacement project at Lake Oswego High School is scheduled to begin.
The scope of work includes two phases, scheduled for the summers of 2026 and 2027, that will result in the complete removal and replacement of the school's roof.

Project Updates
June 2026 Status Summary:
- Contractor plans to work from the west side to the east on the main roof
- The contractor plans to begin work on the old gym roof in July to avoid rain
Project Manager’s Notes:
- The tree protection permit has been issued for Phase 1/summer 2026 work
- The structural permit has been approved by planning and building, but has not been issued
- Roofing subcontractor has the majority of the material on site for the main roof
- The architect issued the first site report to evaluate the roofing that has been completed to date
May 2026 Status Summary
- Contractor will mobilize on site on Monday, June 15
- Work will begin on the main roof
- Phase 1 substantial completion is August 28
Project Manager’s Notes:
- The permit is under final review after receiving comments back from Fulcrum
- The tree protection plan is under review
- Contractor submitting final submittals to the architect for review and approval
- Site logistics plan and SOV (schedule of values) have been approved
April 2026 Status Summary
- Fulcrum will mobilize and begin work on Monday, June 15
- Fulcrum has brought all subcontractors to the site for project review
- Submittals are being processed
- OAC (owner, architect, and contractor) meetings are taking place on a bi-weekly schedule until construction begins

- After conducting a site walk, a city inspector determined that a tree protection plan is required for permitting. Teragan & Associates has been contracted to complete this work
- Project Phase 2 construction is planned for summer 2027
March 2026 Status Summary
- Six bids were received on February 26
- Notice of Intent to Award was sent out to Fulcrum Construction on March 4
- The contract is fully executed, and a Notice to Proceed was sent on March 17
- A Pre-construction meeting was held on March 24
