Outdoor CTE Projects

• Greenhouse is growing multiple plants
• Outdoor classroom has been completed and is in use
• Landscaping is complete and irrigation has been installed
• Raised bed planter boxes have been installed
• Winter crops have been planted in garden area
• Solar flower has been installed and turned on to rotate with the sun and put power back into the school

Project Status:

• Greenhouse structure has been installed and is being used by teachers

• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for greenhouse have been installed
• Outdoor classroom is complete with cabinet, white board, TV monitor, and benches installed
• Landscaping is finished and irrigation has been installed; additional landscape area has been installed at east end of project
• Raised bed planter boxes have been installed and garden areas are being installed
• Solar flower has been installed and turned on to rotate with the sun
• Solar flower concrete pedestal has been completed with stone finished and anti-graffiti coating installed
• Clean-up has been completed and all asphalt and curbs have been installed
• Handrails and guardrails are being installed

Project Status:

• Concrete curbs for the new driveway have been installed and road base gravel has been installed
• Asphalt for the driveway is scheduled for July
• Greenhouse structure has been completed and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is ongoing
• Greenhouse CMU has finished brick installed on exterior
• Outdoor classroom structure is being installed
• Solar flower concrete pedestal is complete. Concrete cap will arrive in July
• Retaining wall on east side of greenhouse is complete and backfilled
