Status Summary:

• Site concrete sidewalks and hardscape continue to be placed, with a focus on the courtyard areas
• Learning stair concrete benches have been placed
• Concrete floor polishing is ongoing in the classroom wing
• Exterior brick veneer and insulation install will be complete in the coming weeks
• Roof wood decking is complete
• Exterior sheathing and weather barrier are complete
• Roofing is ongoing
• Fiberglass window installation is ongoing, with another large delivery expected in the coming weeks
• Interior metal stud framing will be wrapping up soon
• Painting of the exposed structural steel and overhead MEP is ongoing
• Interior gypsum board installation is mostly complete throughout the classroom wing and is ongoing at the remaining portions of the building
• Metal stud framing is ongoing throughout the music rooms, locker rooms, food service areas, and drama areas

• PGE-required electrical inspections have passed, and PGE crews are being scheduled for setting the transformer and bringing permanent power to the building
• Plumbing piping is mostly complete, and crews will begin to install restroom fixtures in the coming weeks
• Fire sprinkler piping install is mostly complete throughout the building, and pressure testing is ongoing
• Low-voltage wiring is being installed throughout the building and will begin to be landed in the coming weeks

• Stormwater swales/ponds are being excavated, graded, and placed with drain rock throughout the site
