Lake Grove Project Updates
March 2026
Project Manager’s Notes:
The Lake Grove Elementary School Replacement project will replace the existing school on the current site with a new building that is more resilient and aligned with the District's education specifications. Students and staff will be relocated to the Uplands site during construction. Construction is slated to begin in the summer of 2028, following the Forest Hills Elementary School Replacement project. The design process will begin to be rolled out following the design phase at Forest Hills.

Project Manager’s Notes:
The Lake Grove Elementary School Replacement project will replace the existing school on the current site with a new building that is more resilient and aligned with the District's education specifications. Students and staff will be relocated to the Uplands site during construction. After review of the architect qualification proposals and an interview process, the selected architectural firm was Arcadis Architects. Construction is slated to begin in the summer of 2028, following the Forest Hills Elementary School Replacement project. The design process will begin to be rolled out following the design phase of Forest Hills.
