October 2025 Status Summary:
- McEwan sidewalks and stormwater design is complete
- The project will include some vegetation trimming and the potential removal of some trees to permit the placement of sidewalks
- The design currently includes cast-in-place concrete sidewalks with potential for some asphalt paving locations
- The city has prioritized the project, and the school district has approved an increased contribution and is preparing an intergovernmental agreement
