Bond Accountability Committee

The Bond Accountability Committee (BAC) comprises parents/guardians and community residents with experience in building design, construction, and construction financing, law, contracting, budgeting, and auditing. BAC monitors the planning and progress of the district’s capital bond projects relative to voter-approved work scope, schedule, and budget objectives. BAC provides regular reports to the School Board.

Lake Oswego School District is seeking volunteers to serve on the Bond Accountability Committee (BAC). This advisory committee is made up of parents/guardians and community members with experience in fields such as building design, construction, financing, law, contracting, budgeting, or auditing.

The BAC monitors the district’s bond projects to ensure they align with voter-approved scope, schedule, and budget goals, and provides regular reports to the School Board.

Applications are due December 1, 2025. Only completed applications will be considered; emails and letters of interest cannot be accepted.

The School Board appoints committee members to serve two-year terms, renewable for up to three consecutive terms.
